While the South Coast of Turkey attracts many tourists, Kas is lucky to be preserved from mass tourism. But don't get it wrong! The site is simply beautiful and deserves to be known.

Turkey - Kas Between land and sea
-The fishing harbour: With almost as many fishing boats as yachts, Kas harbour is unique. It is one of the liveliest places in the village and you will find there everything you are looking for. Don’t hesitate to climb a little to get a perfect shot at this amazing harbour.

-The ruins: Dating from the 4th century B.C., these ancestral tombs gave a reputation to Kas. You will love the old theatre ruins looking at the sea.

-The beaches: If they are not quite as beautiful as some other beaches of Turkey, Kas beaches still are very nice and the water is as calm and clear as on the rest of the coast.

-Towards Greece: You could take the chance to go to Greece while in Kas. Facing the village is the island of Kastellorizo. Don’t forget your passport!!

-Step onboard: Many excursions can be made by boat from Kas. You could for example sail to the not very visited site of Kekova, small group of islands offering a paradisiacal landscape
